In recent times, the reliance on electrical appliances has surged, increasing the need for their serviceability. Yet consumers often go through a less than pleasant experience due to negligence of on-field technicians.
This lack of control over process leaves users feeling helpless, resulting in dissatisfaction.
To tackle this, we are introducing Havells ‘Care Connect’. This feature in our mobile app enables users to report issues at any stage, empowering them and enhancing their sense of control.
