Atlanta History Center - A Wayfinding Experience

The project focused on enhancing the museum experience at the Atlanta History Center through the implementation of interactive digital kiosks, which were designed to address navigation challenges, improve visitor engagement, and foster a deeper connection with the museum. Through a human- centered design process, the kiosks prioritize visitor needs, offer personalized guidance, and integrate interactive elements such as event alerts and trip planning tools. The design aligns with the museum’s visual identity to ensure a cohesive and unified experience across different touch points.
